Depending on your profile, your mission will consist of: - Providing specialized clinical expertise in the management of ostomates, chronic wounds, and incontinence. - Assessing beneficiaries at home and proposing suitable therapeutic solutions. - Supporting teams in managing complexities and participating in care protocols. - Contributing to the development of protocols and participating in cantonal professional groups. - Collaborating with specialized suppliers to optimize solutions offered to beneficiaries. Location: Rennaz, with interventions across the entire area covered by ASANTE SANA (Aigle, Rennaz, Montreux, and Vevey). Profile - Bachelor in nursing (HES level or equivalent); recognition from the Swiss Red Cross or SEFRI required or in progress for diplomas specialized in incontinence disorders and wound care with at least 2 years of experience. - Specialized expertise in clinical nursing and the ability to support peers, their families, and loved ones. - Excellent skills in listening, teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment, and supporting clinics through EBP (evidence-based practice). - You share our values of transparency, equity, respect, and trust in all your interactions. - Proficiency in tools (quality tracking file). - Driver's license.
