Specialist Mentor ASC Autism Support Location: Worcester

Rate of Pay: £28 per hour with £3.38 accrued holiday pay. Contract: Part time with flexible hours. Start Date: September 2026 (new academic year). Randstad is actively seeking a dedicated Specialist Mentor ASC to join our team. This role provides individualized academic support, developing personalised learning plans, and guiding students towards success.

Eligibility and Training

Applicants must have completed the relevant National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules. If you have not yet completed these modules, we are happy to support you in obtaining them. Training materials will be provided. Training costs approximately £180 for the NMH bundle and successful completion is necessary prior to commencing the role. Upon completion you will receive a certificate from the National Autistic Society.
