It also ensures liaison missions recognized by the ISFM, focusing on the quality of care and the support of physicians in a rapidly evolving position that offers a stimulating environment where clinical practice, innovative projects, and commitment combine.Job Description Intervene within the framework of treating individuals presenting with addiction-related disorders requiring specialized care and management in addiction treatment within the multidisciplinary team. Be a driving force in the evolution of addiction treatment within the Mental Health Pole by contributing to projects and the development of integrated systems ensuring high standards and comprehensive management of addictive behaviors. Actively participate in care projects and ongoing training in addiction treatment within the establishment. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized care plans tailored to individuals affected by addictions. Establish and maintain strong professional links with general practitioners and network partners to promote fluid communication and follow-up for patients. You hold a master's degree in addiction and psychotherapy. You also possess the FMH specialist title (or equivalent). You have a strong command of French at C1 level and have confirmed clinical experience, ideally in a hospital context. Experience in an academic setting would also be appreciated. You possess solid skills in listening, analysis, and decision-making. Your practical and theoretical expertise allows for easy management of complex and emotionally intense situations. You work autonomously while respecting protocols, clinical standards, and the institution's values. You appreciate working within a multidisciplinary team and communicate easily with various members of the care network. Your sense of responsibility contributes to the collective enrichment of the addiction care service. You demonstrate a keen sense of ethics, confidentiality, and respect.
