Specialist, Client Operations II

Support the day-to-day delivery of Alternatives Transfer Agency operations across hedge and UCITS long-only funds.
Focus on accurate dealing execution, register maintenance, investor transaction processing, and timely delivery of operational outputs.
Work closely with AML/KYC, Tax, Client Service, and internal operational teams to support a controlled and client-focused service.
In this role you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support daily dealing cycles and investor lifecycle activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, onboarding coordination, and register updates.
- Complete assigned workflows in line with agreed SLAs, cut-off times, and control requirements.
- Perform core processing activities and review outputs for completeness, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Liaise with AML/KYC teams on documentation requirements and due diligence follow-up items.
- Coordinate with FATCA/CRS teams to support complete and accurate investor tax records.
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner, escalating where appropriate.
- Support transaction follow-up, reconciliations, and cash related handoffs with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain fund static data, share class information, and investor records in line with procedures and governing documents.
- Identify processing issues, exceptions, or control breaks and support timely resolution.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives where relevant.
To be successful in this role we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; finance, accounting, or business related discipline advantageous.
- Relevant experience in transfer agency, fund administration, investor services, financial services operations, or a related environment.
- Working knowledge of core TA activities, including investor transactions, register maintenance, and operational controls.
- Exposure to alternatives, hedge funds, and/or UCITS structures would be beneficial.
- Experience working in a controlled, deadline driven environment with a strong focus on accuracy and service delivery.
- Good understanding of transfer agency processes and associated controls.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks accurately in a deadline driven environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Organised and proactive approach to managing workloads and priorities.
- Problem solving mindset with ability to identify issues and elevate appropriately.
- Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and client focus.
