So let's discuss it today!Your mission:Under the direction of the head of the unit, you will be a key player in managing public procurement calls for tenders. You will be responsible for the acquisition of goods and services, the management of a supplier portfolio, and legal support in the context of public procurement and the Code of main activities. You will coordinate project management closely with department heads and project managers within the institution; lead calls for tenders for the spending segment assigned to you; coordinate and enforce internal procedures and rules; support applicants in choosing public procurement procedures, prepare necessary market studies to benefit the institution in terms of advantages, and ensure legal and competitive monitoring for the institution; analyze expenditures and suppliers in your portfolio, define opportunities, create an action plan in collaboration with the applicant services; animate and orchestrate network activities with others.Profile:You have a commercial profile, complemented by a Swiss procurement certificate and ideally a public procurement specialist with federal certification; you have solid experience in the procurement of goods and services in a similar-sized organization; you have substantial experience in the role and an ERP system, including change management, stakeholder engagement, and mastery of digital tools. A deep knowledge of public procurement procedures is required, ideally within public service.
