In this role, you will lead the delivery and quality of vocational assessment processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and high quality outcomes for learners.

The Role

As a VQ Assessment Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring vocational assessments are delivered with accuracy, integrity, and consistency in a regulated environment. You'll wake up excited to work at the heart of assessment delivery-collaborating with stakeholders, analysing data, and ensuring every assessment outcome is robust and defensible.

• Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of assessment content, processes, and results across your assigned qualifications.
• Using data and insight to inform decisions on assessment performance, including supporting grade boundary setting and quality improvements.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to ensure effective collaboration and consistent delivery.
• Influencing the quality and integrity of assessment by identifying risks, supporting improvements, and ensuring compliance within a high pressure, regulated environment.
