Specialist Administrator People and HR Admin Perthshire & Kinross Immediate Start Temporary Contract

Hays Business Support is delighted to be partnering with a reputable organisation in the local area to support with a temporary recruitment requirement within the People team! This is a great opportunity to further your experience and work alongside an established team.
Your new role

  • Maintain accurate data and information on internal databases
  • Prepare documents, such as employment contracts
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks
  • Liaise with external partners
  • Answer employee queries
  • Report and document employee leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules etc.

  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven work experience within an administrative position, preferably within HR
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability to start immediately
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
