Job Description

Essex Police College in Chelmsford is seeking a part-time Specials Training and Development Officer to design and deliver training for Special Constables and PCSOs. The role supports the Special Constabulary Learning Programme with flexible hours and occasional evening/weekend work on allowances.

The successful candidate will coordinate, design and, at times, deliver training up to Inspector rank, and maintain training records for all specials using the Duty sheet system.
