Spare Parts Order & Customer Service Specialist

Biesse in Daventry is seeking a dedicated Spare Parts Customer & Markets support specialist to act as the primary contact for spare parts enquiries and order processing.

You will identify parts from manuals, process orders in Oracle, coordinate with Biesse Italy and other group subsidiaries, and keep customers informed from enquiry to delivery.

This role focuses on timely invoicing, returns processing, KPI targets, and building strong relationships with engineers, suppliers and internal teams.
