As Store Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the success of your store. You'll lead, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring excellent customer service, strong financial performance, and high operational standards. This is a hands-on role where you'll set the standard, inspire your colleagues, and create an environment where both people and business can thrive.

• Maintaining security within the store in line with company procedures
• Ensuring high store standards in customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene
• Ensuring legal compliance with company policies and procedures
• Overseeing and maintaining store administration in line with processes
• Leading, managing, and motivating colleagues to achieve results
• Acting as a role model and leading by example in all aspects of store management
