Therapist - Full Time

We are inviting applications for full time Therapists to join our established Spa team. To welcome guests to the Spa and to ensure they receive a professional, luxurious experience in a professional, warm, clean, inviting environment.

Qualifications

• Have an ITEC or CIDESCO qualification.
• A minimum of 1-2 years Spa experience is desirable.
• Experience in body and facial treatments.
• ESPA training is desirable but not essential.
• Graduates are invited to apply for this role also, as full training can be provided to the right candidate.

Personal Qualities

• Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
• Be self motivated, able to work alone with good personal organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A passion for your job.
• Must be guest focused and possess excellent communication skills.
• Must present a professional image at all times.

Duties

• To provide a 5 star customer journey to all guests.
• Perform 5 star treatments as per in house training procedures.
• Conduct thorough consultations with each guest.
• Offer expert home care advice and recommendations.
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness of your treatment room.
• Assist other team members in their roles.
• Stocktake the treatment room each month to ensure a consistent level of stock.
• Follow stock rotation, aware of product usage and waste prevention.
• Always maintain professionalism and courtesy to guests and colleagues.
• Maintain time management and organisation as set out per day.
