Key Responsibilities:As a Spa Therapist, you'll play a key role in delivering a luxury guest experience, with a strong focus on massage:

• Deliver a wide range of treatments, with a high volume of massage therapies including deep tissue
• Provide expert consultations, tailoring treatments and massage techniques to guest needs
• Maintain excellent standards across treatment rooms and spa areas
• Offer aftercare advice and recommend products following treatments
• Ensure exceptional hygiene, presentation, and professionalism at all times
• Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless and relaxing guest journey
