Rate of Pay / Hours: £13.52ph / 32 hours over 4 days

Type of Contract: Permanent position

Location: Hotel du Vin Exeter

Spa Supervisor required for our popular Spa.

Relax and enjoy providing a Zen experience for every guest.

You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests. As a Spa Supervisor you will be passionate about delivering treatments and amazing hospitality to our clients. You will be keen to learn about the REN products; and gain experience in a high end Spa.

Main duties will be:

• Carrying out a range of REN treatments to a high standard
• Maintain the standards of the Spa by supervising the team
• Welcoming clients in to the Spa for their treatments in a 5 manner
• Booking in clients on Spa computer system and taking phone calls
• Achieving retail targets
• Building a regular client base
• Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard

Knowledge, experience and skills required:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High standard of personal appearance
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated
• Good team player
• Must have own transport
