Spa Receptionist: Guest Experience & Reservations

Herb House Spa at Lime Wood Group Ltd. in Lyndhurst, Hampshire is seeking a Spa Receptionist for a fixed-term contract of 6-12 months. The role is 16 hours per week with weekend shifts, based on-site in a luxury spa setting within the New Forest National Park.

You will welcome guests, manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and ensure a seamless guest experience. Experience as a receptionist in a spa or hotel is beneficial; knowledge of spa treatments is advantageous.
