Job Description
Responsibilities

Serve as the second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when they are not on shift.

Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.

Be accountable for running the line during service.

Oversee, organise and encourage the kitchen team, helping to develop their skills.

Maintain the highest standards of food and service, ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass each and every time.

Qualifications
  • Previous branded experience in a similar role or experience as an experienced Commis Chef.
