Sous Chef

Location: Accenture, 30 Fenchurch Street, London EC2m 3BD
Annual salary: £42,000
Hours: Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

With a high-volume kitchen and a vibrant service to deliver, you'll play a key role in leading the brigade, supporting the Head Chef, and ensuring every dish is exceptional.

What you'll do:

• Lead kitchen operations when the Head Chef is away.
• Prepare dishes to spec, following recipe sheets and allergen guidelines.
• Manage food production, reduce waste, and maintain stock control.
• Receive and store deliveries using FIFO procedures.
• Allocate tasks and mentor the kitchen team.
• Maintain hygiene standards and oversee deep cleans.
• Ensure all team members are trained and compliant.

What we're looking for:

• Relevant culinary qualification.
• Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
• Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning).
• Excellent team player and communicator.
