Salary: £44,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We are looking for a talented Hospitality Sous Chef to join our contract catering team. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will help deliver exceptional hospitality catering for meetings, conferences, and VIP events while maintaining high culinary standards and supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Responsibilities of Sous Chef

• Support the Head Chef in the management of all kitchen operations.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality hospitality menus for meetings, events, and corporate functions.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering.
• Monitor food costs and minimise waste.

About You

• Previous experience as a Sous Chefwithin hospitality, corporate catering, hotels, or high-end events.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Experience delivering hospitality and event catering.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP procedures.
• A positive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
