Sous Chef - Curious Cow, Harrogate, HG3 2AP

Up to £14.25 per hour, 30 hours per week, reliable hours contract. CDP for career progression to Head Chef. Privilege card discount. Marston's Rewards.

Responsibilities

• Work directly in the kitchen, providing hands on support and leading by example.
• Serve second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up during their absence.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team, helping to develop their skills.
• Maintain the highest standards of food and service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards.
