Salary/Package - £38000 + £2000 Bonus + Tronc

What's involved?As Sous Chef you will be closely working with the Head Chef and Senior Sous in the smooth running of the fast paced kitchen.

You will, as sous chef, also inspire and motivate the kitchen team to deliver the levels of dining expected as standard as well as adding your flair and imagination when assisting with menu development.

You will have a natural affinity for getting the very best out of the fresh seasonal business that the Channel Islands are famous for.
