With numerous weddings already booked and a flood of inquiries, Ty Glyn is poised to become one of Wales' most popular wedding and event locations. Ty Glyn is a venue with a capacity of 220+ in the grand hall alongside a 60 seater restaurant, three bars, and al fresco dining.

What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in high-pressure dining, particularly with weddings and corporate events.
A love for Welsh cuisine and a commitment to presentation.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and support a dedicated kitchen team.
Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchens performance.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a calm under pressure attitude.
A proven record of achieving excellent standards of hygiene.
Assist with menu planning inventorary and supply managment.
Collaborate with the head chef to direct food preparation.
50 hours +
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
