Cosy Club is opening our new location in Westfield Stratford this Summer and is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to lead the kitchen. The role offers a competitive salary, benefits and opportunities for career progression.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary: up to £45k (approx £18/hour on a 48 hour contract)
Tronc: £7.5k - £10k per annum
Bonus: up to £2.5k annual bonus potential
Overtime Pay: paid at normal hourly rate with no pre approval required

As Sous Chef you will coach, support and encourage the kitchen team; share skills and responsibilities; assist the Head Chef; lead the kitchen when not supervising; and help develop a future opportunity to run your own kitchen.
QualificationsExperience in culinary operations and a passion for quality produce and fresh ingredients. Enthusiasm and belief in the dining experience is required.
