Sous Chef - £42k - Mon-Fri - Central London

Join one of London's leading corporate sites to create stunning employee dining dishes for a high profile clientele. Working in a premium corporate environment, you will oversee daily food preparation, ensuring each dish is made with the finest ingredients and presented with consistency and excellence for around 150 customers per day for lunch.

The Opportunity

As a Sous Chef, you will lead the kitchen team in delivering high quality meals across a variety of service styles, including bistro style plated meals, buffet services, interactive themed food days, and a large fresh salad bar.

The Highlights
  • Salary: £42,000 per annum.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (A true 40 hour contract with weekends off!).
  • The Service: Dynamic, diverse, and highly varied-ranging from bistro style plated meals and buffet services to interactive themed food days and a large, fresh salad bar.
The Requirements
  • Background: An organized and experienced Sous Chef with a strong background in premium, food led environments (high end corporate catering, luxury hotels, or refined restaurants).
  • Skillset: Exceptional organizational skills and the flexibility to seamlessly manage daily setup changes across multiple service styles.
