Our client is looking for a Sound Insulation & Air Tightness Testing Technician to join their growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Compliance Technician looking to progress their career within a specialist consultancy providing acoustic testing and compliance services across the construction industry.

With almost two decades of experience delivering acoustic consultancy and UKAS accredited testing services, our client works with a nationwide network of developers, architects and contractors. About you

• Around two years' experience in sound insulation and/or air tightness testing.
• Experience within the Building Compliance Testing industry.
• Strong technical ability with excellent problem solving skills.
• A customer focused approach with the confidence to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• GCSE Grade C or above in Maths, English and Science.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than three points.

• Carrying out sound insulation testing and air tightness testing on construction projects.
• Surveying buildings to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
• Providing clients with clear feedback, guidance and technical advice following testing.
