Solutions Engineer/Sales, Endpoint Management Software

Solutions Engineer/Sales, Endpoint Management Software/is required by a fast-growing enterprise software company to join their business development team and support sales process by ensuring that the company's products align with clients' needs.

You will be responsible for:

• Working closely with clients and documenting system requirements and use cases.
• Performing detailed gap and needs analysis to map product capabilities to requirements.
• Delivering product demonstrations.
• Evaluating technical fit and integration points with existing infrastructure, including identity providers, device platforms, and security tools.
• Defining solution scope, architecture, and deployment approach based on client needs.
• Coordinating presales process with product and engineering teams to address implementation constraints and custom requirements.
• Tracking and responding to technical questions.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in presales engineering, solution consulting, or technical sales.
• Expertise Deep knowledge of MDM/Endpoint Management solutions.
• Good understanding of enterprise IT systems including Azure AD, SSO/SAML, and mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating documentation and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
