Solutions Architect (SAP & Workday) - EU & UK&I- Remote

We are currently working on an exciting freelance opportunity for a Solutions Architect to join a transformation project involving SAP ECC and Workday. The client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership from day one.

Key highlights of the role:

• Lead the end-to-end solution design for employee data transformation.
• Connect and manage two critical workstreams: HR (Workday) and IT (SAP).
• Drive delivery as a hands-on project manager.
• Ensure smooth Middleware integration and propose sustainable, cost-efficient solutions.

Must-haves:

• Proven experience with SAP ECC and Workday (or similar).
• Strong understanding of employee data flows and Middleware integration.
• Experience in HR-IT transformation projects and managing multiple workstreams.
• Proactive mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.

The role is freelance, starting ASAP, and will run for 4months +.
