Solutions Shaper (Presales) - German Speaking

Fulltime/Permanent

Europe - Remote

Responsibilities

Aligned or embedded into nsc strategic customers, responsible for defining and delivering the largest and most complex solution proposals. This involves creating and communicating solutions to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that transition seamlessly into delivery, meeting customer business needs. The role requires team leadership with visionary leadership qualities and the ability to coordinate teams. Recognized as credible at the director level to understand business and commercial issues, influencing and contributing with key insights. Responsible for developing and delivering solution commercials and cost models, including margin and forecast projections for internal approval.

Throughout the proposal creation process, works closely with delivery teams to ensure the solution/design remains aligned with requirements and nsc capabilities. Continues to provide technical guidance and expertise during the transition, through to implementation. Troubleshoots and resolves any technical issues that arise during the transition into business as usual.

Maintains a keen interest in staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.

  • Experienced in a wide range of technology areas.
  • Experienced in all areas of the solution lifecycle, including SOW and Cost Model creation.
  • Has experience with an IT portfolio that includes:
  • Field Services, Integrated Service Desks, Intelligent Dispatch
  • Remote Monitoring and Management, Network Management, Performance Management
  • Maintenance Solutions ranging from Labor Only, Depot Services (Parts Only), Full Parts and Labor, Custom Solutions
  • Staff Augmentation, Outsourcing, Resource Solutions as a Service
  • IT Service Desk
Qualifications

  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with customer's IT management, nsc sales, and transition management teams.
