Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect skilled in Azure, API Development, Containers, C#, and Azure SQL Server. The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, define technical roadmaps, and translate business and technology needs into robust solution blueprints that align with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities Strategic & Architectural Leadership

• Translate business and technical requirements into architecture blueprints and solution designs.
• Contextualize strategic vision and assess opportunities, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate roadmaps and implementation plans to stakeholders.
• Ensure architecture alignment with enterprise standards and target state.

Solution Design & Development

• Create architectural designs that guide solution development across initiatives.
• Evaluate and design scalable and secure solutions across Azure cloud and related technologies.
• Lead architecture and design tasks to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Identify interdependencies and use holistic thinking for cross team alignment.

Governance & Best Practices

• Develop and maintain architectural principles, standards, and guidelines.
• Reduce technical debt by driving continuous improvement and end to end business value.
• Support technology selection and matching activities to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching

• Provide architecture consulting to agile teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Coach stakeholders on technology options, risks, cost vs. Benefit, and impact analysis.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote architecture thinking across engineering teams.
