This role is a trusted advisor for presenting and demonstrating Infios solutions to clients during the sales process and acts as the technical bridge supporting sales and prospects. This position will add value throughout the sales process in the areas of supply chain requirements analysis, business process consulting and by conducting in-depth product demonstrations. This role is responsible for reviewing proposals, providing on-site consulting, develop and present ROI Analysis for our solutions and executing sales presentations to prospects. Technical and presentation skills are essential for success in this role, as well as having the ability to understand supply chain business process flow. Typically requires a minimum of 5-10 years of supply chain knowledge.What a day in the life looks like: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and internal resources Understand prospect's business priorities, technology landscape, and key stakeholders Develop discovery documents that reflect the understanding of prospects' priorities, landscape, and requirements Demonstrate solution functionality and capability in relation to prospect needs Effectively describe and differentiate Infios' role in the supply chain Address technical and functional questions from prospects and sales team Ability to configure demonstrations using Infios tools Demonstrate the value of Infios solutions, specific to each prospect's unique business needs Translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions Field questions regarding associated applications in the areas of ERP, TMS, OMS and other systems impacting supply chain processes Explain implementation requirements, timeframes, and change management Complete the technical and functional requirements for RFP and help drive sales opportunities to successful completion Work with Sales and Services team to develop Professional Services Estimate Facilitate internal and external transitions to ensure successful knowledge and relationship transferWhat you bring to the team: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics preferred Experience with OM and eCommerce software solutions Understand and code leveraging Java/JavaScript/Python is an asset.
