Join Capita Public Service as a Solution Consultant - Oracle Fusion Capita is seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to provide Oracle Fusion expertise across HR, Finance and Payroll modules for a strategic client programme. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical solution architecture and ensure seamless integration with Capita's service delivery model in a multi-phase transformation initiative. Reporting to the Capita Solution Architect, you will act as a solution SME for Oracle Fusion modules, supporting the development of Capita's overall solution architecture and its integration with the ERP platform. You'll provide functional leadership to internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment to Oracle Fusion's out-of-the-box capabilities and supporting the creation of technical design deliverables. You'll also contribute to implementation strategies and present solution designs to the client's Design Authority.
