Solution Architect_Siemens Engineering Suite

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with strong expertise in the Siemens Engineering Suite (including Teamcenter, NX, Polarion, COMOS, etc.) to join our digital engineering transformation team. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end engineering IT solutions for complex infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on the energy sector and nuclear environments.

- Lead the architecture, integration, and configuration of Siemens Engineering tools (e.g., Teamcenter, NX, Polarion, COMOS).
- Design scalable and secure digital engineering ecosystems aligned with MBSE and PLM principles.
- Define interfaces with other enterprise systems (ERP, Document Management, ALM, etc.).
- Support pre-sales, proposal development, and solution demonstrations to clients.
- Translate client needs into system requirements and solution blueprints.
- Coordinate with project teams during deployment, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Promote standard methodologies in Systems Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 15926, IEC 81346, EDF/Orano/Framatome standards).
- Provide guidance and training to engineering teams and system users.
- Support change management and user adoption of digital engineering solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Must-Have Qualifications:
i) PhD or Engineering degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
ii) 5 to 10 years of experience with Siemens Engineering tools, including Teamcenter, NX, COMOS, Polarion.
iii) Proven experience in designing and deploying complex digital engineering platforms.
iv) Solid knowledge of MBSE, PLM, and configuration management principles.
v) Experience in nuclear, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Desirable:
i) Familiarity with integration of Siemens tools with ERP (e.g., SAP), ALM, or other enterprise solutions.
ii) Experience with Industry 4.0, digital twins, and model-based engineering.
iii) Knowledge of regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks applicable to nuclear sector.
iv) English (mandatory) and French (is a plus).

Contract & Mobility
