The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the full ML lifecycle and aproven track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business outcomes through data, technology, and innovation.
This role will address complex business challenges by designing scalable, secure, and reliable AI/ML architectures, ensuring strategic alignment, vision realization, and partnership with client's stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution design and delivery-from problem definition, data ingestion, and feature engineering to model build, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Architect and evolve enterprise-grade data and ML platforms enabling modular, reusable, and scalable analytics and intelligence solutions.
- Provide strategic technical and business consulting to clients across industries such as Government, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Financial Services/Fintech, Retail, and Technology.
- DriveMLOpsinitiatives, ensuring efficient model management and lifecycle automation.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, and business teams to translate business goals into actionable AI/ML solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of testing, personalization, and measurement frameworks supporting AI-driven user experiences.
Technical Skills:
- Data Science: Python, SQL, C++, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch; expertise in ML/DL/NLP/CV
- Data Engineering: Databases, compute optimization, end-to-end pipeline architecture, visualization tools
- Software Development: SDLC, Agile methodologies, project management, roadmap planning
- Business Analytics: AI vision, data strategy, testing, personalization, measurement, and research methodologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or related domains.
- Proven experience leading large technical teams and managing enterprise-scale AI platforms.
- Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
