Your main responsibilities in the role will be:
Guide customers on how to best leverage the software to meet their business goals
Support customers in evaluating system design choices and during partner led implementations
Collaborate with the product management team to develop new capabilities
Coach solution advisors on functional matters

To be successful you will likely have:
In depth understanding of core commercial processes between CPG/FMCG manufacturers and retailers
Knowledge of promotional planning, pricing, trade spend planning, volume forecasting, S&OP, accruals and claims and activity evaluation
Experience with TPM systems, ERP systems and SaaS systems
