As a Solution Architect at Conclusion Intelligence, you shape the technical foundation of complex digital solutions. You connect business ambitions with technical reality and design architectures that are scalable, secure, and ready for future growth. From system integrations and APIs to data and AI components, you ensure that all parts fit together logically and deliver real business value.

You work in multidisciplinary teams with Product Owners, UX Designers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists. You operate at the intersection of strategy and delivery, helping teams and customers make well-considered technical choices that work today and remain sustainable tomorrow. You bring structure to complex landscapes, provide architectural direction, and support teams during implementation to ensure consistency and quality.

You are comfortable working in modern cloud environments and with contemporary architectural patterns. You communicate design decisions clearly, explain trade-offs, and help customers understand the impact of different solution directions. Your role is key in turning complex challenges into clear, actionable architectures that teams can build and operate with confidence.

You report to the Service Line Manager of the Intelligent Solutions department and contribute to projects where architectural clarity and technical leadership are essential.

You have a solid architectural foundation and experience applying it in complex, real-world environments. You are familiar with:

Structured architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, for design, governance, and stakeholder alignment

Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to model software around business domains and bounded contexts

Microservices and event-driven architectures for scalable, loosely coupled systems

Cloud-native architecture principles on Azure and AWS, including Well-Architected Frameworks and cloud design patterns

API-first design, using REST and/or GraphQL for integration between applications and services

Data and AI architectures, including data flows, data modeling, and integration of AI/ML components (e.g. GPT, MLflow)

Security- and privacy-by-design, embedding IAM, compliance, and security controls across all architectural layers

Architecture documentation and visualization, using models such as C4 and ArchiMate

Architecture governance, including standards, design reviews, and architectural decision records (ADR)

Who are we looking for? ARE YOU THE ONE?

We are looking for a Solution Architect who combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, communicative approach.

You bring:

Experience designing end-to-end architectures for software, data, and AI-driven solutions

The ability to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and guidelines

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, integration patterns, API design, and modern architectural principles

Experience guiding development teams and safeguarding architectural alignment during delivery

The ability to identify risks related to performance, security, scalability, and maintainability, and propose solid alternatives

Confidence in facilitating workshops and discussions with customers and stakeholders

A structured mindset and the ability to bring clarity to complex technical environments

Fluent English and German; knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus due to our international client base

You do not need to be hands-on in every line of code. What matters most is your ability to set direction, make informed architectural decisions, and help teams and customers move forward with confidence.
