Do you have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, technology trends, and solution design principles, as well as strong communication and leadership skills?

This is your chance! We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our International team in The Netherlands!

Responsibilities

• Translating client requirements into comprehensive technical solutions that align with business goals, technical requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Working closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business needs, goals, and requirements, and translating them into scalable and sustainable solution architectures.
• Design: Creating end to end solutions that encompass software applications, infrastructure, data, integration, security, and other technical components, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgetary constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation: Developing solution architecture artifacts, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, design documents, and implementation plans, to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
• Leadership: Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Innovation: Staying updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices to continuously improve solution design and delivery.
• Doing code reviews for the existing projects.
• Working closely with the IT Director to get direction and collaborate with teams to architect and deliver solutions in an agile manner.

What do you bring?

• You have a bachelor degree in a related field
• You have 3 - 5 years of experience
• You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
• You are based in the Netherlands
• You have good communication & negotiation skills
• You are efficient, pro active and can work both independently and in a team
• You take ownership and responsibility
