We are inviting applications for the role of Solution Architect - Procurement Solutions - Vice President.
This role is central to Genpact's procurement practice. The Lead Solution Architect (LSA) creates innovative, transformative solutions for clients, communicates them effectively, and partners across teams to ensure success. The LSA interacts closely with clients to understand their challenges and goals, then develops compelling, value-driven solutions. This role involves presenting solutions to clients, collaborating across teams, and maintaining a commercial mindset to align goals profitably. The LSA plays a key role in top-line growth by combining procurement expertise with commercial capabilities.
Responsibilities- Create compelling solutions for clients seeking procurement transformation
- Build innovative, differentiated client solutions
- Lead internal and external engagement throughout the deal cycle
- Lead proposal development, including solution creation and pricing
- Manage large deals and ensure quality for smaller deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, technology, and support functions
- Act as the main client contact for procurement-related deal elements
- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to practice building through thought leadership and capability development
- Drive top-line growth with high win rates
- Lead large due diligence or transformation initiatives when needed
- Manage team members as appropriate
- Deep understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement
- Broad knowledge of procurement technologies and platforms
- Strong verbal and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work across a matrixed environment with diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of large deal sales and deal cycles
- Willingness to support global deals across time zones
- Experience sizing and solutioning large procurement transformation programs
- Experience creating large proposals for business services
- Consulting or BPO experience in a service provider capacity
- Ability to analyze and solve complex client challenges
