Solution Architect - 12+ Months - Poland

My client, a leading global consumer goods organisation, is looking for an experienced Commercial Solution Architect to design and govern end-to-end technology solutions across commercial platforms and customer engagement capabilities. This is a hands-on architecture role with a strong focus on Salesforce-aligned solutions, integration design, and delivery governance.

Role Overview

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Delivery teams, you will translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and secure solution architectures. You will ensure commercial technology solutions align with enterprise standards while supporting successful delivery across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end commercial solution architectures covering functional and non-functional requirements such as scalability, resilience, maintainability, and security.
• Translate business requirements into architecture blueprints, logical designs, integration patterns, and implementation-ready solutions.
• Lead architecture governance activities including design reviews, technical guidance, risk identification, and delivery assurance.
• Define APIs, integration patterns, Middleware approaches, and data flows across CRM, finance, supply chain, and enterprise platforms.
• Drive standardisation, reuse, and simplification by promoting common architecture patterns and reducing unnecessary technology fragmentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within digital and technology environments.
• Strong hands-on system design and architecture delivery experience.
• Experience designing CRM and customer engagement solutions within Salesforce-aligned environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, Middleware, and data flows.
• Experience embedding security, privacy, and compliance requirements into solution designs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Product, Engineering, Data, and Delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Trade Promotion, Customer Engagement, or Commercial Analytics.
• Experience driving architecture standardisation and reuse across large enterprise environments.
• Ability to provide pragmatic minimum viable architecture guidance while balancing delivery speed and long-term architecture objectives.
