Commercial Property Paralegal - Bath We are looking for a motivated paralegal to join our commercial property team in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise and build a long-term legal career with a growing law firm.
You will support our solicitors across a broad range of commercial property matters, including drafting and reviewing documents, managing files, carrying out legal research, liaising with clients, and coordinating with third parties. Our team advises landlords, tenants, developers and investors across Bath and the South West on acquisitions and disposals, leases, refinancing transactions and development projects.
Our Bath office opened in July 2026 as the sixth office in our growing full-service law firm for businesses and individuals, bringing clear, practical legal advice to clients nationwide.
