Your new role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Succession & Tax team within the wider Charities & Private Wealth Disputes group. You'll work with a varied client base on estate and succession matters, gaining hands-on experience in inheritance tax, succession planning, and estate administration. You will play a key role in managing UK and offshore trusts, supporting complex reorganisations and tax planning, and advising on multi-jurisdictional estate issues for high-net-worth clients. Alongside delivering clear, commercially focused advice to trustees and beneficiaries, you'll contribute to business development and strengthen client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ambitious lawyer with NQ-2 years' PQE and a genuine interest in private wealth, tax, and trusts matters. Ideally, you will have experience advising on UK trust structures, succession, and tax planning, with any international exposure considered a plus. A STEP qualification or progress towards accreditation is desirable but not essential. You'll bring strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset, complemented by a collaborative approach, enthusiasm for learning, and a commitment to building lasting client relationships while developing your career in private wealth law.
