Solicitor (Property Charging)

Are you ready to shape high quality property charging work for clients across the UK?

The Anthony Collins Property Charging Team are a national team delivering property charging and due diligence projects, working closely with our Funding Team to provide clear, practical solutions. The role can be based from either our Birmingham or Manchester office and we operate hybrid working, two to three days onsite and the rest from home.

Within this role you will:

• Manage varied charging transactions
• Draft and negotiate key documents
• Resolve chargeability and valuation issues
• Support due diligence and complex projects

About the candidate

You will bring strong experience in secured transactions and clear drafting skills, with the confidence to manage multiple matters and support others' development.

• Ideally 3+ years in property charging
• Excellent technical and communication skills
• Able to lead on due diligence
• Confident building client relationships
• Comfortable supervising in time
