What You'll Be Doing
Managing a varied caseload, including public liability, RTA, and employer liability claims
Gathering and preparing key evidence to ensure strong case progression
Advising clients and delivering a high standard of client care
Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and internal policies
Contributing to the team's overall success by working collaboratively

What We're Looking For
Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ), admitted in Scotland
Strong litigation knowledge with an understanding of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures
Excellent drafting and case management skills
Confident communicator with strong client-handling abilities
A proactive, problem-solving approach
