Practice Focus

As a Private Client Solicitor/Associate, you will work on:

  • Wills (including living wills), probate applications, LPAs, trusts, court of protection matters, and estate administration.
  • You will also support tax planning, manage client expectations, attend meetings, and handle documentation and case files to a high standard.
  • The role involves participating in marketing initiatives, networking, and the development of webinars or legal clinics, providing a varied and rewarding professional experience.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate:

  • Qualified solicitor or associate with experience in private client work and a proactive approach to client development.
  • Excellent drafting, advisory, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases independently.
  • Experience in trust creation and management, estate administration, and court of protection work is highly desirable.
