Solicitor / Legal Executive - Wills, Probate & Estate Planning - Salisbury
Location: Salisbury
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
The RoleYou will manage your own caseload and advise clients across a broad range of private client matters, including:
- Wills, Probate and Estate Planning
- Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing clear, commercially aware advice
- Meeting time recording and revenue targets
- Supporting departmental development and growth
- Participating in marketing, networking and business development activities
This role is suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive who can demonstrate:
- Experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters
- Confidence managing your own caseload, with supervision on complex matters
- Strong communication skills and a client focused approach
- Ability to attend the office at least three days per week
- A proactive attitude towards business development and networking
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to team growth
