Solicitor / Legal Executive - Dispute Resolution

Our client is a well-established and reputable law firm is seeking experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team in Exeter. The Role

The successful candidate will join a busy Dispute Resolution department, managing a varied caseload across a broad range of contentious matters.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Employment disputes
• Inheritance Act claims and Contentious Probate
• Contract disputes
• Civil procedure matters
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Debt recovery
• Construction disputes
• Housing, landlord and tenant matters
• Boundary disputes

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with the firm's compliance and risk management procedures
• Keeping up to date with legal developments and changes in relevant areas of law
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contacts, and referrers
• Contributing to the ongoing success and development of the department
