The Role

We are seeking a talented Regulatory Enforcement & Compliance Solicitor to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have experience in regulatory or criminal enforcement work and a genuine interest in building client relationships and business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on regulatory investigations involving agencies such as HSE, EA, Food Standards Agency, and Trading Standards
• Supporting clients after incidents or accidents, including interviews under caution and internal investigations
• Providing compliance and risk management advice
• Handling contentious matters alongside our Commercial Disputes team, offering litigation support
• Developing market presence by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
• Collaborating across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions

About You

• Qualified solicitor (0-4 years PQE) with experience in regulatory or criminal enforcement
• Strong understanding of investigation, enforcement processes, and criminal procedure
• Interest or exposure to commercial disputes/litigation
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client care skills
• Interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a desire to build a career in regulatory law
