About you:

• Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in Northern Ireland
• Strong grasp of commercial law, tech, or energy sectors
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach
• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike

What you'll do:

• Draft and negotiate a broad spectrum of commercial agreements across sectors
• Support clients with technology and IT licensing, IP, and data protection matters
• Advise on contractual risk and strategic commercial considerations
• Assist with energy sector-specific contractual documentation and compliance
• Contribute to business development efforts and cross-practice collaboration
