The Role You will handle a broad range of commercial disputes, including:

• Contractual, shareholder and director disputes
• Commercial property litigation
• Business protection matters, including restrictive covenant and injunction work
• Drafting pleadings and strategic legal arguments
• Representing clients in court and working with Counsel
• Developing client relationships and supporting business growth

The Ideal Candidate Applications are welcomed from solicitors with experience in commercial litigation, at any PQE level. You will bring:
