Software Test Lead - Hybrid

Overview

Software Test Lead - Consultancy - Skipton, Leeds or Saltaire - Hybrid. Software Test Lead - Azure DevOps / API testing / Performance testing.

Roc Search are recruiting for a Software Test Lead to join a consultancy who are a market leader in what they do.

As a company they are employee owned and are focused on helping the environment so, you will be contributing to something that does good in the world.

Day to day you will be a technical figure head for the current test team of 7. This will involve overall oversight of the team, contributing to the direction of the test strategy, translating requirements, lead projects, documentation, guiding other testers etc. To clarify this will not be a management role, as you will not be expected to handle the "people management" side, such as hr side, hiring, etc., but there may be some involvement naturally.

Qualifications

• Essential: Solid testing background.
• Essential: Worked from at least a senior perspective.
• Advantageous: Consultancy experience.
