As Senior Manager, Software Engineering, you'll lead a portfolio of applications and engineering teams delivering secure, scalable, cloud-based solutions for mission-critical institutional systems, working closely with product, architecture, and engineering leadership.

• 7+ years' software engineering experience (scalable, secure web applications)
• 5+ years managing engineering teams, including remote associates
• Strong grounding in microservices, cloud deployment & modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, containerization)
• A track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top engineering talent
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
