Software License Review & Optimization Specialist

Software License Review & Optimization Specialist vacancy for our Dublin based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Systematically review user lists for all licensed applications, following prioritization set by management
• Engage with relevant managers to confirm the necessity of licenses for each user and identify candidates for removal
• Distinguish between licenses that can be terminated immediately (resulting in direct cost savings) and those that inform future renewal negotiations
• Maintain a structured record of all identified savings - both immediate and projected -for reporting and performance tracking
• Work closely with IT, procurement, and business units to ensure alignment on license usage and optimization strategies

Your experience/knowledge:

• Experience in software asset management or license administration
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proficiency in Excel or other data tracking/reporting tools
• Language skills: English

Your soft skills:

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
