Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to drive the delivery of their market-leading digital platforms. The company specialises in developing scalable, cloud-based applications used by thousands of businesses, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional Agile teams to deliver software products that meet client and business needs.
• Manage all aspects of the SDLC, balancing strategic goals with day-to-day delivery.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, prioritise initiatives, and deliver high-quality releases at pace.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement, introducing practices to optimise development flow and quality.
• Foster technical and personal development within teams, maintaining a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in-house software development teams in Agile environments.
• Strong technical foundation and track record delivering SaaS product development, stakeholder engagement, and commercial delivery.
• Experience with cloud platforms and B2B/B2C products is advantageous.

Location & Salary

Location: Leeds, UK / Hybrid working

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
